Caruana Leads Sigeman Tournament
The young Italian Fabiano Caruana seems to be one of the hardest working Grandmasters at the moment, and the number of his games doesn't seem to be affecting the quality.
Caruana currently leads the Sigeman Tournament in Malmo, Sweden with a score of 2½/3 after beating Anish Giri and Hans Tikkanen in the opening two rounds and drawing with Peter Leko in the third.
All the decisive games so far are below, along with Caruana's draw with Leko. Last year's winner Hans Tikkanen has had the worst possible start, losing all his games so far. Today (12 May) is the only rest day.
