EL2013 - RULES CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT (2013-02-09)

Today announce that rule changes for Division 5 have been implemented into the rules according to:

The rule change mainly concerns the teams of Division 5, but also the three teams in bottom om Division 4 (that will have to move down to Division 5 for next season). One team will be moved up from Division 5 to Division 4 for next season.

The rule changes is a part of the preparations for starting up Division 5.
