On their website, FIDE has published the qualifiers for the World Cup 2007 (22 November - 16 December 2007 in Khanty-Mansyisk, Russia). The list is not complete yet but now 94 names are known. And not the worst players in the world, by the way.

To refresh your memory: if Kramnik wins Mexico, the winner of the World Cup will, after a transition phase, play the winner of the future new Grand Prix series. If Kramnik doesn't win in Mexico, these 128 qualifiers will travel all the way to Khanty-Mansyisk to fight each other, while Veselin Topalov can watch them suffer from behind his computer screen, awaiting his match opponent. He had signed not to play in Mexico because he could always organize another (re)match against Kramnik if he'd loose, but that proved slightly difficult. And yes, that was kind of unfair but this reward is a bit too much too. Anyway, here's the list of players who can already plan their trip to Khanty-Mansyisk.
