Four Spanish teams qualified
Cajacanarias versus Solvay and M?ɬ©rida-Patrimonio-Ajoblanco versus Linex-Magic-M?ɬ©rida, those are the line-ups for the semifinals of the Spanish Team Championship in November. These four clubs qualified this weekend for the playoffs.As we found out after publishing our report on the first two rounds, the Spanish Team Championship qualification matches took place this weekend not only in Palma de Mallorca but also in Sabadell, Barcelona. Big guns such as Shirov, Adams, Gelfand, Ponomariov and Gashimov were playing.Below you'll find a selection of top level games from the Honorary Group 1, played in rounds 3-5, followed by the results and final standings.
