In-Club Tournaments

Dear Members of The Club For All Beginners At Chess;

I know that I have announced that we will have IN-CLUB TOURNEYS when we've hit 100 members, but what are they, and why should you care? Firstly, in-club tourneys are NOT your regular club tournaments, as you will be paired up by admins and when we post the pairings, you will need to create a 3 minute blitz challenge, WITH NO TIME INCREMENTS, with your opponent that we've listed.
