Monday Becomes Funday For Chess.com/TV
Tired of missing your favorite Chess.com television show? Don't know how to have a social life with shows on every evening? Chess.com has the fix.
Starting next week, all Chess.com/TV programs will take place back-to-back-to-back on Mondays! Seven consecutive shows will air every single Monday, with all of your favorite masters, formats, and even some new programming.
In short, Mondays are stacked. GM Simon Williams will kick off the bonanza most Mondays at noon Pacific, 3 p.m. Eastern. His show Spicy Chess will bring attitude, action, insults, and of course spice.
Old School with Uncle Yermo returns, as does Member Games Analyzed, now hosted by GM Irina Krush.
IM Danny Rensch also moves his Bullet Brawls to Mondays; ditto Hack Attack with IM Thomas Rendle and Melik & Me with GM Melik Khachiyan and friends.
GM Robert Hess, fresh out of university, takes over the BIG Show and GM Max Dlugy will invite viewers to join his new Bobbing For Dlugy show. Expect Dlugy to have fun doing pretty much whatever he wants!
Chess.com "super-mod" JD Cannon will host Chess Therapy with other friends. They'll discuss chess fundamentals in "book-club" fashion. For the first time ever, any Chess.com member will also have a chance to appear on Chess.com/TV.
Other big-time additions includes ChessBrahs, where GMs Robin van Kampen and Eric Hansen bring their high-energy streamer channel to Chess.com/TV.
Also rounding out the action is the high-quality production ChessCenter, which will replay its weekly show. Stay tuned for a more in-depth explanation of ChessCenter! For now, we will say that it is hosted by IM Danny Rensch and will recap the top weekly news stories.
Each show will only have a few minutes of break between them (if that) so load up your browser, set it, and forget it on Mondays. You'll laugh, you'll love, and you'll learn.
