PRESS RELEASE

It might be a scoop in the Dutch chess league. As from this season, chess club NSI de?Ǭ†Eenhoorn (Hoorn) will broadcast its games live on the internet.

Thanks to sponsor Nieuwe Steen Investments (NSI) the club De Eenhoorn was able to buy four electronical boards at the start of the season. With these boards the games will be shown live at the club's?Ǭ†website.

The electronical boards offer NSI de Eenhoorn a fantastic possibility to be trendsetting in modern club chess. For a start, the four top boards of the first team (playing in the second league) will be broadcast live at every home match. Next season the whole team can be watched online.

The club from Hoorn tries to be democratic and modern at the same time. It will make sure that lower team's games can be followed on the internet as well. Furthermore, the yearly NSI tournament's games?Ǭ†can be seen on the club's site.

NSI de Eenhoorn's first team?Ǭ†this year:

1 Martijn Monteban (2278) 2 Mark van Ojik (2216) 3 Peter Doggers (2215) 4 Daan Zult (2200) 5 Henk-Jan Visser (2155) 6 Ardjan Langedijk (2101) 7 Sjors Broersen (2073) 8 Ron Deen (2064)
