Alexei Shirov's dream start to the 2010 Corus tournament finally came to an end as he 'only' drew with Nigel Short.

Shirov still leads by a point and a half with 5.5/6 on a rather disappointing day in the 'A' group.  Anand and Carlsen drew in just 19 moves, while Ivanchuk and Nakamura didn't even last that long - sharing the points after only 16 moves.

However, there were three decisive results, with wins for Dominguez, Leko and Kramnik (pictured).  Kramnik's win puts him up with the chasing pack on 4/6.

Anish Giri won yet again to lead the 'B' group with a hugely impressive 5/6, and Ray Robson also kept up the pace in the 'C' group with an even more remarkable 5.5/6.
