Wesley So3.jpgFirst round winner Alexei Shirov suffered an immediate reversal in round two when he lost to Wesley So (pictured) at Sigeman.

Wesley So leaped into shared first place on 1.5/2 thanks to his excellent game!

Elsewhere, Anish Giri outplayed Nils Grandelius to earn a share of the lead, while Jonny Hector and Hans Tikkanen fought out a draw.

The tournament runs from 9-13 June and the official website has live coverage of the games starting at 14:00 CET (12:00 UTC) every day, except the last round which starts 2 hours earlier.
