Super Admin, Admin and Coordinator Policy

Recently I have been asked abut the maximum amount of Super Admins, Admins and Coordinators there can be. I have decided that I will set the maximum amount using percentages.

The way it goes is this:

1% of the club members can be Super Admins

2% of the club members can be Admins

2.5% of the club members can be Coordinators

This means that, at any time, there can be a maximum of 5.5% of the club members being either Super Admin, Admin or Coordinator.

An example of this is:

Currently we have 515 members.

There can be 5.15 (5) Super Admins, 10.3 (10) Admins and 12.875 (13) coordinators, but as we can't have half of something, they will be rounded to the nearest whole number, which you can see in brackets.

So the current maximum is 5 Super Admins, 10 Admins and 13 Coordinators. This means that we have reached a maximum amount of Super Admins but there is 1 free Admin space and 5 free coordinator spaces.

To increase the likliness of you being one of these titles, invite members to this club and advertise this club, as that will increase the number of spots available for each title. If you want to fill in an open space, say in the notes or in the comments here.
