NRCThat's nice. Chess columnist and grandmaster Hans Ree compliments me today with my website, in his weekly column for the Dutch quality newspaper NRC.

Hopefully I didn't mow the grass from his feet too much; hopefully I didn't eat the cheese from his bread, to quote two Dutch expressions literally (expressing he would seem redundant). He writes:

Ree"There can be found so much on the internet about the toilet war that raged in Elista at the Wch match between Kramnik and Topalov, that I will let go of it over here. But it gives me the opportunity to mention the Dutch chess site www.chessvibes.com, where everything was being followed closely."

Especially this quote is nice:

"It's an admirable achievement, a hobby site with the appearance of a professional company."

Well, that really encourages me. Thanks, Hans!
