Friday Hamburg had already beaten Bremen and despite Luke McShane's draw with Black against Viswanathan Anand, national champion Baden-Baden beat the home club too yesterday: 3,5-4,5. SK Hamburg didn't have trouble beating Turm Trier: 5,5-2,5. I did three short interviews after these matches. Because Luke McShane preferred not to talk before the camera, I had to go for "plan B" and ask Viswanathan Anand how their game went. Laurent Fressinet, one of the star players of home club Bremen, tells if you can still play for a win in the Ruy Lopez and what Jan Gustafsson is doing with ten kiwis, well, see for yourself.

All BL result till now here. And by the way, they've already begun their Sunday morning games!
