Paulius Pultinevicius is a Lithuanian grandmaster and currently one of the best players in his country (as of June 2021). He earned his international master title in 2017, became a GM in 2019, and reached his peak FIDE rating of 2519 in 2020.

In 2016, Pultinevicius was the Lithuanian chess champion in the U-14 category and was part of the national team in the Olympics, playing the reserve board. In 2018, he came in second place in the Lithuanian Chess Championship, and in 2021 he qualified for the main event of the Junior Speed Chess Championship.
