GM Arturs Neiksans is a Latvian grandmaster, chess coach, and streamer. He is a four-time national chess champion of Latvia, most recently in 2019, and the number-two player in Latvia by rating (as of July 2021). He has taught at the Riga Chess School since 2010 and has been a FIDE-licensed trainer since 2012, the same year he became a grandmaster.
