Divya Deshmukh is an Indian grandmaster. She is India's 2022 women's chess champion and the 2023 Asian women's chess champion. In 2024, she won the women's under-20 world championship at the age of 18.
Divya scored 9.5/11 points at the 45th Chess Olympiad, winning the individual gold medal on the third board to help India also win the team gold. In 2025, Divya won the Women's World Cup, earning her GM title and a spot in the 2026 Candidates for a chance at the Women's World Championship.
