Igors Rausis is a retired Latvian chess player. He won the Latvian Chess Championship in 1995 and played for the Latvian Olympic team on three occasions. Later, Rausis transferred to Bangladesh's federation in 2003 and then to the Czech Republic in 2007.

Rausis became a grandmaster in 1992 but was stripped of his title by FIDE in 2019 after he was caught cheating. After the incident, Rausis got a six-year ban and announced his retirement from competitive chess. In 2020, he changed his name to Isa Kasimi and played in a tournament in Latvia using his new name.
