Glasgow

We welcome anyone with a connection to the great City of Glasgow, and the wider area of Lanarkshire. This club has been long dormant, but is the oldest Glasgow club on Chess.com.

Glasgow is the official representative for the city in the World Cities League (WCL) & European Cities League (ECL). We also participate in European Inter Regional Competition (EIRC), and Team Match Championship League (TMCL) tournaments.  

We will be closely aligned to Lanarkshire who will be the regions representatives in the UK & Ireland County Championship. Please accept this invite and lets get Glasgow playing and winning, Cheers
