This is a special restrictive group. A bond of close friends who loves chess and connect from time to time to listen, support or share special gems of life advice as well as jokes. It is deliberate intended to be a small group to keep the conversation focused and with a slower rhythm that the big active groups. Typically, new members are required to have a rating of 1900+ or be very active in forums and notes. All members are supposed to be active in either (or all): vote chess, team matches, forums and/or notes. The smaller size should also make the group feel more honest, intimate and safe.
