Downriver Chess Club

Our club is a friendly group of folks that meet on Mondays and Thursdays!

MONDAY EVENINGS. 6-10PM at Turtle Bay, 1119 Decatur. Tournament starts for 7:00PM. Game 15, no delay. USCF membership required for tournament, but skittles player are welcome too. $1 entry fee, $2 if you don’t buy a drink. 40 player limit, first come first serve.

THURSDAY EVENINGS. Registration opens at 6:45PM, first round starts at 7:00PM. Game 15, no delay. Our meeting spot for both is always Envie Espresso Bar & Cafe at 1241 Decatur. USCF membership required. $1 entry fee, $2 if you don’t buy a drink. 17 player limit, first come first serve.  Arrive early!

Our tournaments are USCF-rated, but beginners and newbies always welcome for casual play. Come on out and play some chess!
