This team is for anyone that has a connection to the region of the US known as "Appalachia." The single purpose of this group is to have fun playing chess. If you are ultra competitive and know more than 1 opening this isn't the group for you. If you don't know what Hillbillies are or you've never eaten grits before, then this may not be the group for you. International members are welcome, particularly those from Scotland.
