how to refund

tôi đã liên hệ cho bên AI support và hỏi họ về việc refund, tuy vậy tôi cũng liên hệ bên ch play để hỏi về việc hoàn trả tiền, nhưng bên ch play lại gửi cho tôi một mail rằng họ không refund cho tôi. Vậy liệu chess.com có refund được cho tôi không hay là tôi thực sự sẽ mất số tiền đó?

If Google Play declined it, I don't think you'll be able to get a refund.

You should open a ticket with Support directly, using the option in the menu. Be sure to choose the billing/refund related option.

I’m not sure either. I contacted Chess.com support and they asked me to wait for 1–3 days. At the same time, I also contacted Google Play regarding a refund, but my request was rejected, which I don’t really understand. I’m feeling quite upset about this, because Chess com said that if I purchased my first subscription on Android, it would be eligible for a refund within 30 days....

I have always heard that refunds through Apple subscriptions were a problem but not the ones through Google.

I would give chess.com another few days.
