now i finish the series and i can play dragon very will thank you IM Keaton Kiewra
Great series!I love the dragon, you really pointed out the most important ideas and lines in this short series.Beside the most comon lines 9. Bc4 Bd7 10. O-O-O Rc8 in yugoslav-attack i really liked Chinese dragon ideas starting with blacks move 10...Rb8 and also found some really intresting games in strange looking lines starting with blacks move 10...Qb8!? with ideas to push a5 and b5 with rook on a8.I dont know exactly what is evaluation of this line but it sure can be good surprise weapon for dragon players if they think their oponent has something prepaired in the lines they usually play.Thank you Keaton for great series.
A great game to end a very interesting series!
Perfect set of videos; will learn all 10
come on chess.com, you want us to get better right?, get this guy back for more of the same.
Thanks a lot for this, Keaton. I saw the whole series in two days, and it made me want to give up the Najdorf and go back to my first Sicilian love, the Dragon...
I have just joined & took Platinum membership ensuring I could see videos .

Garry Hollingsworth....june 14th...Australia
very nice game :)
Great wrap up with a fantastic illustrative game. Definitely looking forward to the next series!
nice job in the tournament..... how many gm did you beat
thanks keaton, the vince would love this game, and the rest of company. the dragon though powerful and a life and death game, i would agree. in my dragon life, the marshall seemed to work after giving up some valuable realstate. mike
so you need one more gm norm correct? is that all?
very nice game, good analysis but not overwhelmingly complex =]
by IM Keaton Kiewra
IM Keaton Kiewra finishes his complete series on the Dragon by showing his attempt to garner a second GM norm. In a crazy position with both kings on the run, black's finds more shelter, but the talented Hess continues to create complications until the end. Can Kiewra navigate a double-edged middlegame and avoid endgame traps as well? Watch the final video of this great series to find out!
