The two knights tango onto GM Dzindzichashvili's radar, and just as quickly he wishes them gone. He despises the opening choice - at best, you transpose to another opening, and at worst, you get a bad position for no reason. The next time you are thinking of experimenting out of the opening, you may want to restrain that creativity until later in the game, or at least keep your notation sheet hidden from Roman's view!
