Welcome to Masters of the Squares!

We’re a club built on the fundamentals of total support, zero pressure, and the belief that learning should be fun, flexible, and rewarding. Winning is great, but improvement and enjoyment are our true markers of success.

In just over four months, Masters of the Squares has grown to 300+ members and competed in team battles across multiple formats. Each month, we share personalized performance reviews for all players and celebrate standout contributors in our Hall of Fame. Here’s a look back at our August 2025 matches along with the Hall of Fame inductees.

We host a wide variety of matches and events throughout the week:

  • Open-rated and rating-based daily matches

  • Thematic and 960 daily formats

  • Even distribution of 1, 2, and 3-day/move games (we avoid slower time controls)

  • Participation in major league formats like ONE WORLD League, TCMAC, PCL

There’s always something happening, and you can play as much, or as little as you like.

Our forums are vibrant spaces to:

  • Share opening ideas and prep lines

  • Solve over 50 tactical puzzles

  • Explore endgame fundamentals

  • Reflect on games and learn from each other
