Apologies for timing-out on some recent games!

Apologies to all if I've lost on time in a match for you or, for that matter against you! Also apologies to anyone I'm playing in my present under-graded state! I have just moved home and I've had great difficulties getting my broadband transferred from one address to the other and still haven't succeeded! Mobile sims are pretty unreliable so my presence on line has been sporadic to say the least!

This sort of thing happens to many players Chess.com players of course and is an inevitable consequence of real life intruding on online presence! It does seem to distort the ratings though, both on this and other chess sites. Don't know how serious that distortion or what could possibly be done about it!

Any ideas?
