'Knightmare'

These are a few of my compositions. I hope the solutions are quite surprising to average chess players. The puzzles are instructive for endgame play with knights on.

All the problems are white to play and win

My solution to the following  problem was the more comlicated solution specified in the comments. But a simple chess engine has found a simpler and smarter cook!

Do you think this happens only in compositions? See for yourself. Check out three sample games.
Had enough of knights chasing kings? Have a nice day.

In the 7th problem, I forgot to include important variations like  1.hxg3 f1=Q 2.Ngf3 and 1.hxg3 fxg1=N 2.g4+ and 3.Kxf7. I think white wins in all variations. Please tell me if I am wrong about it. Thank you.
