Dear chess.com, Your failure to ban RB was wrong. You've banned Nazis (at my request) who did nothing more than display a swastika as their avatar.  RB, unstable and computer savvy, presents a clear danger to the whole franchise; from now on it will be hard to accept new members knowing that RB is at large and could be masquerading as anyone. There are a lot of outraged players on chess.com right now, just as I am.  A 'JamieDelarosa Fanclub' team has been started.  People are going to start to send you petitions, until you ban him permanently. Then you should apologize to Jamie.
