Sportsmanship

The level of sportsmanship, or lack thereof, is really starting to bother me. I'm certaintly not trying to say I'm perfect, or trying to draw attention to myself by any means, but shouldnt everyone try to be a good sport? I've seen two problems, since i joined a year and a half ago; the most obvisous being people who sit around smacking talking other players (they should just stop). But the latter, and the far more annoying, is people who wont take draws. If im playing a game, and for whatever i have to leave, shouldnt my oppnent just be decent and take the draw? At most, it will cost you 2 or 3 points if any. Of course there are those that say you could very well be lying abotu having to go and you just dont want to lose. Its just being a good sport, in my opinion.
