Destroying The Grob

I studied the official book on the Grob written by a famous GM and so I was pretty familiar with how to handle it since I played it heavily for a short period of time.  

It is bad to play the Grob as white because you are throwing away 1-2 tempo with the fianchetto-reinforcement moves and it is made even worse as black who is already 1 tempo behind.  That's not even mentioning the fact that the advanced fianchetto pawns are a dangerous & vulnerable defense.
