Is this really a draw or can white win?

I played a game a couple of weeks ago where this position was reached.  Black had just played 36...Qf6 and offered a draw.

I traded queens and lost fairly easily because his king was much better positioned than mine.  Is it possible for white to win after 37. Qc5?
