Should Have Been a Draw but Wasn't

This game is very interesting.  My oponent was rated 1390 I believe and I was 1223.  I was a little down for most of teh game, but did well and used the active king.  In the end, I believe my oponent felt the time preasure as they had less than three minutes and I still had more than ten minutes left.  It should have been a draw I think, but they resigned.
