The USCF history in 1991 is spotty and there are still a few tournaments that are not listed there. This was one of them. This was the first PKB that I would get a perfect 3/3. This tournament also marks the beginning of a very nice winning streak that left no doubt I was ready to leave the lowest sections for good. Again, because of the delay in rating updates, my rating is technically over 1400, but I was still playing in the U1400 section.
