Chess.com is becoming UnInteresting with bad rules

I feel realy sad at the new rule of chess.com in abondoning of game. yes some players do that but for some of us who dont do so internet connectivity may be week and fluactuate from time to time. Chess.com will just award the game to the next guy even when the internet distortion is just for a few minutes. Its SAD. Please increase the time counted before it is considered aboundoned game. if not some of us with bad connection may just opt out as we keep lossing points in the name of this rule! SAD!!
