The importance of tempi

Even at a level of mediocricity reserved for most of us chess players there are moments that are worth recording like this game. I won't give rating: if you think it's easy just solve it - and remember it's harder in a real game because you don't know there is the move. Well, I felt like Kasparov for two or three secs. And the vicisious thing at the end: I am not giving a solution - just blacks to play and win. And don't believe what it says under the diagram - it's black to move.
