Terrible Run

I am having a terrible run recently, watching my blitz rating fall like a lead baloon. I have lost almost 100 rating points recently, through a combination of bad opening decisions and some serious blunders. I am hoping I can take some time out this month to really focus more and make a big improvemnt to my blitz game, if you found somethign that really helped you improve your rating please share!
