Game - 1

My first chess.com game was an exceptionally easy one. It is reproduced here with my thoughts as annotations.  

1.e4 e5 2.Qf3 Nc6 3.Bc4

A typical attempt at fool's mate

3 ... Nf6

Negated!

4.d3 Nd4

Building up on tempo gained on a negated opening trap.

5.Qd1 d5

Trying to chasing away White's only developed piece out of center

6.c3

Returned in kind.

6 ... dxc4 7.cxd4

I get a bishop for a knight.

7 ... Qxd4!

And more! A pawn and a queen's center. 

8.dxc4?

A costly attmept to simplify the center leading to unfettered positional adavantage to Black in the center.

8 ... Qxe4+ 9.Kf1 Qxc4+ 10.Ne2

Two pawns up in material besides a Queen in a fabulous position.

10 ... Bc5!

Reinforcements for the initiating the Queen attack.

11.b3 Qe4 12.Bb2 O-O

White's futile attmepts to develop its pieces and to scuttle the Queen away, even if temporarily. Black castle's to bring rook within easy reach.

13.f3??

Continuation of haphazard chasing of the Black queen, ending in opening up White's king already under attack.

13 ...  Qe3 14.Qd2

Black is unaware of the mate in the coming move but recognizes his situation maybe helped by exchanging the Queens.

14 ... Qf2# 0-1
