Preparing for the competition
Hi everybody, I have an upcoming tournament in Nov. 26, 2011 Saturday and I'm spending 12-14 hours in chess training.
I also needed physical training which is:
-enough sleep
-enough of taken water
-balance and proper diet (No sugar or oily foods)
-And daily exercises.
I need your support or just presence in my game, thanks for reading..
