Chess NYC Expands Hamptons Schedule
Chess NYC has enjoyed quite a Summer this year in the Hamptons! Spanning Bridgehampton to SouthHampton, they've hosted daily lessons and classes @ CMEE in Bridgehampton, partnered with the Ross Camp to provide a very popular (Chess) minor in the afternoons, along with offering evening classes (6:00 - 7:30) in Southampton (SYS), Flanders/Hampton Bays/West Hampton Community Flanders Center and East Hampton (Chess NYC Summer House)
Enjoying such great demand they've expanded their Program 2 include 2 Full Day, Full Week Camps the second half of August.
"Most Camps seem to fold tent around then" said Co-Director Russ Makofsky and "with the school year approaching, it's an opportunity to get minds thinking again, in a fun and sporting environment"...As only Chess NYC can he added with a smile".
The Fun & Training Camps will take place @ The Children's Museum East End in Bridgehampton, Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM- 3:00PM and will welcome ALL ages and skill levels "We'll be ready for everybody" promised Makofsky." but we are limiting enrollment to the first 12 Applicants" he added.

August Camp Announcement:
Several families have expressed interested in Chess NYC offering a full week day camp starting August 24th. Several other Hamptons day camps are ending the week of August 17th and this will be a great opportunity to have your child in structured programming for the remainder of the summer.
Secondly this will be a great prep opportunity for the upcoming school year and chess season. Our staff will focus both on the instructional/educational side of chess along with the social/fun component that every summer camp requires :)
This camp will be held on the CMEE property in Bridgehampton including use of their classrooms, outdoor space and mini-golf. Our Chess Fun & Training Camps will run from 9 AM - 3 PM Monday - Friday.
We are capping the initial registration at 12 student.
