Again same problem

The problem, I mentioned in my previous post was resolved automatically, not completely but yes I was able to play atleast, for few  days, but it again started now, it means someone is willfully doing to create trouble for me... and dont let me to play online chess..and to create some legal problem with me. I was regularly playing the bullet games when I was free ,,, chess is my passion, my hobby, I like chess. But now I cant play chess here, what to do, I dont know? I cant watch the games too, becoz I cant see the chess pieces, plz help me .....
