Position from my tournament match

Regards to all players from this site. I would like to introduce you to one weird situation for me from one of my matches.

I played with black pieces. After a couple of moves I rushed into an early attack, guided by the possibility to win a pawn or two, or even to attack it seriously. Unfortunately, I'm stuck in this position, which at first sight is not good for me.

In this position I have one more pawn and well-developed pieses.Opponent's king is exposed, and he has a disabled castling, but my knight and bishop are under attack.

What is my best move to get out of this position and why is it so?
