for chess.com and members (since i cannot email them)

Dear chess.com. I would like to thank you for this wonderful chess site. I think this is the best site to play chess with 1) no required downloads (i can play in the internet cafe) 2) plenty of opponents 3) well reseached and timely chess reports/articles 4) fair policies 5) etc.

Lately, i think it is more than two months now, our connection (here in my area) is somewhat not stable. Despite of that, i continue to play chess in this site. Because of that, I experienced many disconnection during the games. So, this is my letter of saying sorry especially to my opponents who felt that i'm rude because of disconnection. Merry christmas! or in the USA - Happy Holidays.
