World Chess Federation sends cease and desist demand against USCF

World Chess Federation, Inc. which holds the trademarks rights to "World Series of Chess" has notified USCF that it may not use the infringing  so called World Series of College Chess with regards to the US Intercollegiate aka Pan American Intercollegiate Games.

WCF has warned USCF that it may soon be the subject of additional litigation should it not acknowledge it will cease any and all infringing conduct against WCF's various trademarks.
