WHY MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED

Hello  friends i have said earlier that i will closed my account as i am going outside but still i have 2 or 3 weeks so i was only concenrating that i will finish all my ongoing games and go by carrying all positive feelings.

But yesterday a strange thing happens suddenly my account was closed i havent done it so it was chess.com staff who has closed my account but the question that arises in my mind why?? 

I was very disturbed i look for the reason have they closed bcoz they thought i was cheating but i never got any warning or never use any engine i became more irritated then i looked for the list of account closed bcoz of cheating there my name was not there I got relieved but still the question was not answer why then i send a message to chess.com staff about my puzzle.

Next day when I checked my account was opened again and there is no loss of games I feel happy but still my question is not answered why my account was closed do anybody have the answer!!!
