Different rules...the challange

Other people have other rules. Somtimes you might have to comprimise and go with the flow; follow his or her rules. Or, you can politely correct there error(s). If he/she asks for proof, use a computer, phone, laptop, Ds, book, etc, to show the correct move.

    I refuse to play by rules other than the official chess laws.  Except where a beginner has not been able to understand en passant. But that allowance is only until they can understand en passant.  I taught myself how to play chess with a very limited instruction book and I had a terrible time understanding en passant.   I do make allowances for beginners and handicapped individuals.
