I'm a pretty new player. I have been playing the computer online, doing the chess mentor, and tactics training. I'm at a point where I can beat the computer about 75%-80% of the time on medium setting (~1200), but I've yet to beat the computer on hard though I've gotten ahead on material from time to time. Should I continue playing on medium until I'm beating the computer near 100%, or play on hard even though I still cannot best it, or a combination of both? Something else?
