The time factor in Tactics Trainer and Chess Mentor doesn't have that huge of an impact if you are already solving the problems quickly.
As far as I know, that isn't something that is available and if it was I don't think you would actually be able to gain very much benefit from it, from a ratings standpoint.
Why no pre-move on Chess Mentor or Tactics Trainer?
