I find 2.Nf3 to be a bit of an issue....

If white plays 3.nc3 too early, black gets full counter play. That's why it's great for rapid games. Because I run into people who after 3...dxc4 they play 4. dxe5. It's also playable in standard time controls if prepared with theory.
take first pawn, and fianchetto K side bishop, and play a3.
Do this in a sensible order, and white wins.
5.a3 is white's strongest move, and is currently considered mainline I believe.
The best response is to instantly regret your opening choice.
