1 e4 e5 2 Qh5 is called the Parham Attack, though it's also often called the Patzer Opening, as it the choice of a large number of complete beginners. That said, it's been employed on occasion by American GM Hikaru Nakamura.

also is nh6 or nf6, on your 2nd move.
