hello guys,
i discovered a new idea in Staunton Gambit in the Dutch Defense.
The Dutch have no defense to the KGB.
After 1.d4 f5 2.e4 fxe4 I tend to play 3.f3 as a sort of reversed Smith-Morra Gambit, or 3.Nc3 Nf6 4.f3 as a sort of reversed Blackmar-Diemer Gambit. Most of the time they transpose anyway.
My line only works in the 5.f3 if 3.f3 or 4 f3 , probably we will traspose t0 some main line.
After 4...c6!? , black has a problem , you can not develop your knight in the natural square c6, and 5. f3 here is very annoying. Of course 4..c6!? is an interesting move, because you can play d5 or b5 in the future . As i indicated , 5.f3 d5?! is slight white advantage, i´ts difficult to play with black . That´s the reason why , 5..b5!?N here is the natural move , but never played before.
So maybe if 4.f3 then you should play something like 4...d5! now is playable, i will sh0w you my analysis about third and fourth move F3 in my next post .
