I've also noticed that the records of some of my games do not display right away in my history, or, more perplexingly, display right away, but then fail to display when I navigate away from my history page and subsequently return. I have no idea how this happens, nor how it could happen, but I imagine it has something to do with the way that the database is accessed.

You may find, as I have, that logging out and logging back in a short time later will resolve such issues.
